In 2024, Bolaite took on a challenging and meaningful project: supporting Hefei Bolin New Material Co., Ltd. in building a first-level energy efficiency air compressor station at their new Nangang plant.

🔗 Precision Collaboration: Embarking on the Energy-Saving Journey
Upon identifying Bolin Nangang Plant’s needs, Bolaite quickly formed a specialized team of senior engineers and technical experts. The team initiated in-depth communication with the plant through multiple detailed discussions, clarifying requirements around air usage scale, pressure stability, and energy-saving goals. This proactive and precise collaboration ensured a solid foundation for the project and reflected Bolaite’s customer-first philosophy.
🏗 Scientific Design: Laying the Groundwork for Efficiency
The design phase adhered strictly to:
- T/CGMA 033002 – 2020 Energy-Saving Design Guide for Compressed Air Stations
- GB 50029 – 2014 Design Code for Compressed Air Stations
Bolaite worked closely with Bolin’s technical team to optimize the station layout, equipment positioning, power supply, and ventilation. Every detail was carefully evaluated to maximize energy savings and operational practicality, resulting in a robust and efficient system design.

⚙️ Strategic Equipment Selection: Powering Sustainable Performance
Guided by GB 19153 – 2019, Bolaite selected:
- 1 unit of BLT-150A S (Grade 1 fixed-frequency)
- 1 unit of BLT-100A S PM++ (Grade 1 oil-cooled permanent magnet variable frequency)
The BLT-100A S PM++ delivers outstanding efficiency, exceeding national first-level standards by ~7%. The entire system was optimized with advanced air treatment components, limiting pressure drop to just 0.5 bar while ensuring high air quality.
Additionally, after identifying Bolin’s latent heat recovery needs, each compressor was outfitted with a BER-4S waste heat recovery unit, enabling comprehensive energy reuse.
✅ Precision Commissioning: Achieving certified energy efficiency
Commissioning was conducted in compliance with:
- GB/T 16665 – 2017 Energy Saving Monitoring of Air Compressor Units and Supply Systems
Bolaite performed detailed pre-inspections and fine-tuned all parameters. The station was then officially evaluated by the Hefei General Machinery Research Institute according to:
- T/CGMA 033001 – 2018 Energy Efficiency Grading Guide for Compressed Air Stations
The station achieved an outstanding comprehensive output efficiency of 58.9%, surpassing national first-level energy efficiency standards and establishing itself as a benchmark high-efficiency compressed air station.
🤝 Looking Ahead: Continued Partnership for a Greener Industry
In February 2025, all project partners gathered at the Bolin Nangang Plant to celebrate the official unveiling of the First-Level Energy Efficiency Station. This achievement was made possible through Bolin’s trust and active participation throughout the project.
